PARENTS/CARERS: I/We will:

* support all the school's policies, procedures and guidelines
* fully support our Behaviour Policy and Attendance Policy
* endorse our high expectations of behaviour ensuring all children and staff in our school are safe, can learn and be respected
* see that my child goes to school every day and arrives on time and is well prepared
* drop and collect my child to and from the classroom door
* inform school of any change to collection arrangements for my child
* inform school of any problems/concerns that may affect my child's learning or behaviour
* provide my child with a fully named school uniform, P,E. kit, a book bag and a water bottle
* support my child in homework and other opportunities for home learning
* attend parents' evening and discussions about my child's progress
* read all school communications sent by Studybugs/email or paper copy and respond as necessary
* regularly use the school website to access information - www.trumps-green.surrey.sch.uk

THE SCHOOL will:
* maintain an 'open door' policy enabling ongoing contact between staff and parents/carers
* let parents/carers know about any concerns, problems and achievements related to their child
* contact parents/carers with any issues relating to attendance and punctuality
* provide home learning activities for their child to complete at home with parental support
* arrange parents' evenings during which progress is discussed
* provide an annual report of their child's progress
* keep parents/carers informed about school activities through regular letters home/Studybugs and notices about special events and requests
